Sasha King - Partner and Licensed Broker at Sunetha Property Management
Sasha King brings over 25 years of property management experience to the Pagosa Springs area. Having worked all over the country, including the fast-paced rental markets of southern California, Sasha followed her lifelong dream of opening a Property Management Company in Pagosa Springs. She’s passionate about helping homeowners protect their investment, maximize their rental income, and enjoys sharing her expertise with the community.
Rick Starr - Maintenance Technician
Rick Starr worked for the PLPOA for over 14 years in the maintenance department. There he did everything from building and fence repair, to running heavy equipment, lawn maintenance, and maintaining the walkways and trails. In Wisconsin Rick lived on a farm and did everything from welding, building and whatever else needed to be done. Rick moved to Pagosa Springs in 2007 from Wisconsin. He loves to hunt, snowmobile, and in his spare time he wrestles and kills bears.
Darryl Griffin - Maintenance Technician
Darryl has worked for Sunetha for almost five years. Darryl owned his own Property Maintenance Business in the Lafayette, Colorado area for over 20 years. Darryl specializes in all areas of carpentry, drywall, taping and texturing, tile, flooring, and he is able to do minor plumbing and electrical work. There is not much Darryl cannot do and if you are looking for perfection, Darryl is our guy!! In his spare time Darryl rides fat tire bikes, disc golfs, hikes, skis, volunteers on Dust 2 trail work, mountain bikes, and hangs out with his wife Joni and wears his mask.
